I have personally seen how high intensity interval training has dramatically changed the lives of the men and women who commit to the process. We created this challenge to introduce our style of training to those who would benefit from it but may be reluctant to come in and try it on their own. We are trying to find motivated men and women who will work hard toward reaching their fitness goals, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training program. The classes will be held Sundays at 4:00 p.m, Mondays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., Fridays 6:30 a.m, noon, and 6:30 p.m., and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I will be personally running the noon classes. Here are the participant requirements:
· People who are willing to come to our facility 3 days per week and work in a small group setting for the entire 6 weeks. We also have a Home Edition if you're interested in having a coach come to your home.
· Commit to making this change. If your coaches want it more than you do, you won’t see the results you’re after.
· Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition principles. This is a critical part of your success. Our gym has several people who have lost over 50 pounds and several inches off their waist. The way we eat works if you give it an honest try.
· Must respect the rules of the gym. We've created a unique culture at UnFinished Project. The culture in place creates the best workout experience possible.
